ZARVEX Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the ZARVEX online store.

PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after your payment is completed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays with our fulfillment partners, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided at checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • South Korea

We may add or remove shipping destinations at any time. If your shipping address is outside of these regions, your order may be canceled and refunded.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight/size, and the selected shipping option (where available).

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are non-refundable.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. The estimates below are provided for your convenience only and are not guaranteed:

  • United States: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch

  • Canada: typically 7–18 business days after dispatch

  • South Korea: typically 5–14 business days after dispatch

These timeframes do not include our processing time. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or events outside our control.

ZARVEX is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where tracking is available).

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after your order is placed, please contact us at yhjjo219@gmail.com with your order number.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International shipments (including orders shipped to Canada and South Korea) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred once your order reaches your country.

ZARVEX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or

  • packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to address errors.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we may offer to reship the order at your expense. In some cases, we may cancel the order and refund the product cost only (excluding original shipping costs).

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  3. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at yhjjo219@gmail.com within 7 business days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to investigate with the carrier.

Please note that we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We start processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at yhjjo219@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before initiating a return.

CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our store after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
