Is this board only for advanced runners or can beginners use it too?
Not at all it’s made for everyday runners, not pros.
You can start on the lowest angle in slant mode for light calf/ankle stretching and simple two-foot balance drills. As your mobility and stability improve, you can slowly increase the angle or try single-leg work. If you can stand comfortably, you can start using this board.
How often should I use it to feel a difference in my legs?
Most runners feel a difference in calf tightness and ankle mobility within 1–2 weeks of using it 3–5 times per week.
A simple routine is:
- 3–5 minutes before your run (low-angle warm-up)
- 5–10 minutes after your run (deeper stretching)
Plus, optional balance drills on non-running days.
Is it safe for my knees and ankles? I’m worried about injuries.
Used correctly, it’s designed to reduce injury risk, not increase it.

The board includes non-slip pads on the bottom, so it’s safe on most indoor floors (wood, tile, concrete, rubber mats) and won’t scratch them.
How much space does it take and does it require assembly?
